This Policy applies to QUICK NAUKRI App platforms including without limitation and other related Site/s or App/s, mobile applications and other online features. We have provided extensive information for you to view the packages before choosing to subscribe to us.

Non-Refundable Services

All fees to QUICK NAUKRI for such services are non-refundable. If you have any questions or reservations, please contact us prior to subscribing to our services.

Technical Glitches

In case of any technical glitch at the time of the online transaction where the transaction does not occur, the amount in the process of transfer by default goes back into your bank account automatically through the Payment Gateway.

Refund Request Process

  • Contact our customer support team within 14-15 days of payment
  • Refund requests made after this period will not be entertained
  • All requests undergo verification by our team
  • Once approved, refunds are credited within 14-15 days
  • Refunds issued via original payment method

Chargebacks

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute, your service/subscription will be suspended without notice. Applicable chargeback fees will be issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company.

Important: Contact us to address billing issues instead of issuing chargebacks. Requesting a chargeback for a valid charge is considered fraud and an inappropriate means of obtaining a refund.
